HIQA Regulations & Standards (The 18 Outcomes) Course Update

Due to the feedback from the HIQA Standards and Regulations course we ran, we have decided to increase this course from a half day to a full day training.  The next course will take place on Thursday 6th December in the Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore, Offaly from 10am to 4pm, get in and book your place!

This training provides guidance and awareness on the 18 outcomes for people working in residential care.  It is a vital quality assurance measure to make people fully aware of these outcomes, in order for them to implement best practice when caring for the more vulnerable members of our society.  The 18 outcomes will be explored in full so that participants have a better understanding and gain confidence in improving quality within their role and the overall organisation.  Participants will be supported in preparing for upcoming inspections or monitoring visits.
